SYMPTOMS

You develop an application that uses the FullScreen property of the InternetExplorer object to set the Internet Explorer window to full-screen mode or to windowed mode. However, the command bar, tab bar, and Favorites Center do not appear in the Internet Explorer window. This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • The application runs on a computer that has Internet Explorer 7 installed.
  • The application sets the Internet Explorer window to full-screen mode.
  • Internet Explorer is then restored to windowed mode.
Additionally, the CTRL+TAB keyboard shortcut does not work.

Note This issue does not occur in Internet Explorer 6.
