List of issues fixed
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
Consider the following scenario:
- In SharePoint Portal Server 2003, you enable security features.
- You try to index an IBM Lotus Notes database that has special templates.
- In the search criteria, you select the All Reader and above option.
In this scenario, the documents cannot be searched.
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
