Only one copy of an object is printed when you try to directly print multiple copies of the object in Microsoft Office Accounting

SYMPTOMS
You run Microsoft Office Accounting on a Windows Vista-based computer. When you try to directly print multiple copies of one of the following objects in Microsoft Office Accounting, only one copy of the object is printed:
| • | A quote
|
| • | A sales order
|
| • | An invoice
|
| • | A purchase order |
This problem occurs in the following products:
| • | Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2008 |
| • |
Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2008 |
| • |
Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2007
|
| • | Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2007
|
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
| 1. | Open Microsoft Office Accounting.
|
| 2. | Open the object that you to want print multiple copies of. To do this, use the appropriate method:
| • | If you want to open a quote, a sales order, or an invoice, follow these steps:| a. | On the Customers menu, point to Customer Lists.
| | b. | Click Quotes, Sales Orders, or Invoices, depending on the object that you want to open.
| | c. | Open the quote, the sales order, or the invoice that you want to process. |
| | • | If you want to open a purchase order, follow these steps:| a. | On the Vendors menu, point to Vendor Lists.
| | b. | Click Purchase Orders.
| | c. | Open the purchase order that you want to process.

| 3. | On the Actions menu, click Export to Word.
|
| 4. | In the Templates pane, click the Word template that you want to use, and then click Select.
A Word file opens. |
| 5. | Click the Microsoft Office Button, point to Print, and then click Print.
Note If the Microsoft Office Button does not exist, you can click Print on the File menu.
|
| 6. | In the Print dialog box, enter the number of the copies that you want to print in the Number of copies box, specify the other print settings that you want to use, and then click OK.
