Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issues that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article: Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Office Access 2003 Service Pack 3, you copy a query from a database. Then, you click Paste Link to insert the contents of the clipboard to an Excel 2003 worksheet. In this scenario, all worksheet cells that contain data have the following value:
