The Outlook Add-in for Project Server 2007 no longer loads when you uninstall and then reinstall the add-in
You uninstall and then reinstall the Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Microsoft Office Project Server 2007. When you do this, the add-in no longer loads.
Additionally, if you previously imported tasks, you receive the following error message when you view the tasks:
The Outlook Add-In is not installed. Please install if from Project Web Access. Form is inactive.
This problem occurs because Outlook sometimes loses the link to the Mpsintegration12.dll COM add-in or to the Mpsaddin.dll COM add-in.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps.

- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options.
- Click COM Add-Ins.
- Click Add.
- Locate the following directory:
DriveLetter:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11
- Click Mpsaddin.dll, and then click Open.
- Click OK.
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
- Click Tools, and then click Trust Center.
- Click Add-Ins.
- In the Manage list, click COM Add-ins, and then click Go.
- Locate the following directory:
DriveLetter:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12
- Click Mpsintegration12.dll, and then click Add.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
