Issues that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

•	In the French version of the Office Customization Tool, the values of the configured settings appear as the opposite of the values that you select. For example, if you select the status of a configuration setting as "Disable (Désactivé)", the value for this setting appears as "Enable (Activé)."
•	When you create an Office Customization Tool update in maintenance mode, if you add a shortcut for a 2007 Office application, the shortcut does have the corresponding Office program icon. For example, after you add a shortcut for Office Word 2007, the shortcut has a generic program icon instead of the Office Word 2007 icon.

How to apply this hotfix

1.	Download the hotfix package.
2.	Extract the Office2007-kb951642-fullfile-x86-glb.exe file from the hotfix package.
3.	Double-click to run the Office2007-kb951643-fullfile-x86-glb.exe file to replace the following folder and file in the root of the Office installation source: • The fr-fr folder • The Oct.dll file
4.	Save the Office Customization Tool updates by using these new files.

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.
