On a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2), you run Microsoft Outlook in cached mode, or you move an e-mail message to a .pst file. When you do this, the body of the e-mail message is truncated.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
- The body of the e-mail message exceeds 32 KB.
- Hotfix 948744 is applied on the Exchange Server 2003 SP2-based computer.
