SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
| • | You click a hyperlink in a document in one of the following Microsoft Office programs:| • | Microsoft Office Excel 2007 | | • | Microsoft Office Excel 2003 | | • | Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 | | • | Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 | | • | Microsoft Office Word 2007 | | • | Microsoft Office Word 2003 |

| • | The hyperlink redirects you to another Web site. |
In this scenario, you may not be redirected to the correct Web site. For example, assume that you click
http://www.widgets-inc.widgets and that this hyperlink is set for redirection to http://www.widgets.msn.com. However, you are redirected to a Web site other than http://www.widgets.msn.com.

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, the document's author should insert a hyperlink that uses a direct link to the Web site instead of a redirected link.
Note If you experience this issue in an Office document, contact the document's author to obtain a direct link to the Web site in question.
