When you use the
System.Net.Mail class to send e-mail, you receive a FormatException message. This
problem occurs when a recipient e-mail address includes double quotation marks.
For example, this problem occurs when you run the following code.
Dim message as MailMessage = New MailMessage("""user1.""@microsoft.local", "from@microsoft.local", "subject", "body")
