SYMPTOMS
You apply security update 934525 to a computer that is running Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. When you try to run the SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration wizard, the wizard does not finish successfully.
RESOLUTION
How to obtain the hotfix
