SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Outlook to view an e-mail message that has an attachment on a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, the text of the message appears. However, the attachment is missing.

This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:

This issue occurs because Antigen adds a carriage return/line feed (CR/LF) character combination before the BEGIN statement.

  3. In the General Options work panel, click to clear the Bare CR or LF in Mime Headers check box.
  4. Click Save.
