How to use a management console to upgrade Antigen 8.0 SR3 to Antigen 9.0 in an enterprise environment
INTRODUCTION
This article describes how to use a management console to upgrade Sybari Antigen 8.0 SR3 to Microsoft Antigen 9.0 in an enterprise environment.
Note We recommend that you use Antigen Central Manager (ACM) for enterprise upgrades. We do not support using the Antigen Enterprise Manager or the Sybari Enterprise Manager to perform enterprise upgrades.

To upgrade Sybari Antigen 8.0 SR3 to Microsoft Antigen 9.0, follow these steps:
- Download the Antigen 9.0 installation package, and then save it to a temporary folder.
- Double-click the Antigen 9.0 installation package to extract the files.
- Open the Antigen Central Manager.
- On the Jobs menu, click Default Options.
- In the Global Settings dialog box, enter the source folder name, add the location of the files that you have extracted in step 2, and then click OK.
- On the Jobs menu, click Create Job.
- In the Task box, click to select Install.
- Click Add to add the Antigen 8.0 SR3 server that you want to upgrade to Antigen 9.0.
- Click Options to open the Installation Options dialog box.
- Verify the information.
- Click OK to close the Installation Options dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Create Job dialog box.
- Select the installation job that you created, and then click the green arrow to start the job.
