Antigen 9.0 for Exchange continuously fails over between cluster nodes and scan jobs
SYMPTOMS
When you try to use Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Exchange in a cluster
environment, Antigen 9.0 cannot retrieve scan jobs. Additionally, Antigen 9.0 continuously fails over between nodes.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because there is more than one network
name resource in the Microsoft Exchange
Server cluster group. Therefore, Antigen 9.0 cannot correctly retrieve information for the scan
jobs. For example, this problem occurs if the Microsoft Distributed Transaction
Coordinator (MSDTC) is in the Exchange Server cluster group.
STATUS
Microsoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
in the "Applies to" section.
