How to view sales orders that are associated with an invoice in Accounting Professional 2007, Accounting Express 2007, or in Small Business Accounting 2006

INTRODUCTION
This article describes how to view sales orders that are associated with an invoice in Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2007, in Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2007, or in Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006.

Sales orders can be converted directly into invoices in these programs. To view the sales orders that were converted into an invoice, use either of the following methods.
Method 1: View sales orders in the transaction history of an invoice
- On the Customers menu, point to Customer Lists, and then click Invoices.
- Double-click the invoice that you want to view.
If you cannot view the invoice that you want, change the current view to All.
- On the Actions menu, click Transaction History.
- View the sales order information for the invoice in the Transaction History dialog box.
Method 2: View sales orders in reports
- On the Reports menu, point to Sales, and then click one of the following:
- Sales by Customer Detail
- Sales by Salesperson Detail
- Sales by Item Detail
- On the View menu, click Modify Report Pane.
- On the Modify Report pane, click Columns.
- Click to select one of the following check boxes:
- Close the Modify Report pane.
- View the sales order information for the invoice in the Sales by Customer Detail
dialog box, in the Sales by Salesperson Detail dialog box, or in the Sales by Item Detail
dialog box.
