The PayPal image that you selected does not appear in an invoice template in Accounting Professional or in Accounting Express

SYMPTOMS

When you modify an invoice template in Microsoft Office Accounting Professional or in Microsoft Office Accounting Express, the PayPal image that you selected does not appear in the invoice template.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you use Microsoft Office Word 2007 to modify the Word templates in Accounting Professional or in Accounting Express.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Start Microsoft Office Word 2007.
  2. Click the Microsoft Office Button

    , and then click Word Options.
  3. In the Word Options dialog box, click Add-Ins in the navigation pane.
  4. In the Manage box, click COM Add-ins, and then click GO.
  5. In the COM Add-Ins dialog box, click the following option:
    Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.SmallBusinessAccounting.AddOn.PayPal.UI.WordAddin.Connect Friendly Name
    Note If this option is not listed, follow these steps:
    1. Click Add, and then find the PayPalWordAddinShim.dll file. Typically, this file is in the following location:
      C:\Program Files\Microsoft Small Business\Small Business Accounting 2007\PayPalWordAddinShim.dll
    2. Click PayPalWordAddinShim.dll.
    3. Click OK.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Start Accounting Professional or Accounting Express.
  8. On the Company menu, click Manage Word Templates.
  9. Click Invoice. In the Templates list, click the invoice that you modified, and then click Modify.
  10. In Word 2007, click the Add-Ins tab.
  11. On the Add-Ins tab, click Show/Hide to show the PayPal image.
