Error message when you process an e-mail message in a ProClarity Desktop Professional client or in a ProClarity Web Professional client: "XML document does not exist"

SYMPTOMS

When you process an e-mail message in a ProClarity Desktop Professional client or in a ProClarity Web Professional client, you receive the following error message:
XML document does not exist.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Template.htm file is missing. To create an e-mail message, you have to use the Template.htm file.

Note This file should be in the Program Files\Common Files\ProClarity\Client\Office\Outlook folder.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, copy the Template.htm file to the Program Files\Common Files\ProClarity\Client\Office\Outlook folder.

Note You can create the Template.htm file. The following code is included in the file.
