Chart callouts do not appear as expected when you view a chart in ProClarity Desktop Professional or in ProClarity Web Professional

SYMPTOMS
When you view a chart in ProClarity Desktop Professional or in ProClarity Web Professional, the chart callouts do not appear as expected.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because you cannot use any facilities to change the properties of the chart callouts. For example, you cannot change the following properties of the chart callouts:

| • | The decimal places
