Error message when you try to connect to ESO to play an online game of Age of Empires III: "Account login failed: [103] Account disabled"

SYMPTOMS

When you try to connect to Ensemble Studios Online (ESO) to play an online game of Microsoft Age of Empires III, you may receive the following error message:
Account login failed: [103] Account disabled.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when your ESO account has been banned.

MORE INFORMATION

ESO bans accounts if you use explicit or suggestive language.
