RESOLUTION
Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps from the SoftGrid Client:
- Start Registry Editor.
- Expand the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Softricity\SoftGrid Client\CurrentVersion\AppFS
- Double-click the FileName registry entry.
- In the Edit String dialog box, note the path in the Value data box.
- In the Edit String dialog box, click Cancel, and then exit Registry Editor.
- Start Microsoft Windows Explorer, and then locate the path that you noted in step 4.
- Verify that the path exists. If the path does not exist, create the path, or modify the value of the FileName registry entry to match the actual path.
