Error message when you try to start a program by using the SoftGrid Client: "Error code: <xxxxxx-xxxxxx>0A-274D8003"

SYMPTOMS

When you try to start a program by using the SoftGrid Client, you receive the following error message:
The SoftGrid Client could not launch ProgramName.

The SoftGrid Client could not load ProgramName.

The SoftGrid Client detected a socket-related error.
Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please report the following error code to your System Administrator.
Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx0A-274D8003

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
  • The SoftGrid Virtual Application Server is available on the network. However, this service is unavailable. For example, the service has not been started. Or, a firewall may block a connection to the service.
  • Minimal Disconnected Operation is not enabled. Or, Minimal Disconnected Operation has expired.
