Error message when you try to start an application in SoftGrid Client: "The SoftGrid Server has returned an Internal System error. Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-01F48013"
SYMPTOMS
When you try to start an application in Microsoft SoftGrid, the application does not start. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
The SoftGrid Client could not launch application_name.
The SoftGrid Server has returned an Internal System error.
Please report the following error code to your System Administrator.
Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-01F48013
CAUSE
This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
- The Max Block Size of the SoftGrid Virtual Application Server is smaller than the Max Block Size of the .sft file.
- The SYSTEM account or the Local Administrators group on the SoftGrid Virtual Application Server do not have at least "Read File" permissions to the .sft file for the application that you are trying to start.
