Error message when you try to unload an application from SoftGrid Client Management: "Error code: "xxxxxx-xxxxxx0A-0000E020"
SUMMARY
When you try to unload an application from SoftGrid Client Management, you receive the following error message:
The SoftGrid Client could not unload application name.
An unexpected error occurred. Please report the following error code to your System Administrator.
Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx0A-0000E020
Also, an entry that resembles the following is logged in the SoftGrid client log file (Sftlog.txt):
The SoftGrid client cannot unload package {GUID}(FS status xxxxxx0A-0000E020).
Couldn't unload SFT data, rc xxxxxx0A-0000E020
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior occurs if the application is being used.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, exit all instances of the application.
Note If the SoftGrid client is a terminal server, all users must exit the application.
