The enemy AI does not react when you play a custom scenario-based game in Age of Empires III

SYMPTOMS
When you play a custom scenario-based game in Microsoft Age of Empires III, the enemy Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the custom scenario-based game does not react.

CAUSE
This issue may occur if the settings are not correctly set in the custom game scenario.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
| 1. | On the main screen, click Help and Tools, and then click Scenario Editor. |
| 2. | Click the Scenario menu, click the Player Data menu, and then click AI for the computer player. |
| 3. | Set the AI settings for the computer player to the AI settings in the AiloaderStandard.xs file. |
| 4. | Click the Objects menu, click Place object, and then click AI Start in the drop down list. |
| 5. | Put the AI Start object next to the computer Town Center and the human Town Center. |
| 6. | Save the custom game scenario. |
