When you try to generate a Web reference for a Web service by using the Web Services Description Language tool (Wsdl.exe) in the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, the operation fails and you may receive the following error message:

/order command-line switch. For example, type the following command at the command prompt:
wsdl.exe /order:explicit http://WebServiceURL/WebServiceName.wsdl
