Issues that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

• Consider the following scenario. You programmatically display a modeless dialog box. In this modeless dialog box, you insert the text for a task in a Microsoft Project plan. Then, you press DELETE to delete the text that is in the modeless dialog box. In this scenario, the task in the Project plan is also deleted.

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
