Rise of Nations is unexpectedly minimized to the taskbar
When you play Microsoft Rise of Nations, the game is unexpectedly minimized to the taskbar.
This issue occurs if the IPInSightMonitor 01 program is running in the background.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Run, type msconfig, and then click OK.
- Click the Startup tab, and then click to clear the check box for the IPMon32 startup item.
- Click OK.
- When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.
IP InSight is installed with Verizon DSL accounts and other DSL accounts. IP InSight is a quality of service monitor and diagnostic tool that can be used to troubleshoot DSL connection problems.
