Error message when you try to insert a clip art image in an Office 2003 program or in an Office XP program: "Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. Error Code 0x800c0008"
SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You use the Microsoft Clip Organizer to search for a clip art image in a Microsoft Office 2003 program or a Microsoft Office XP program. Then, you try to insert a clip art image in the program that you are using. In this scenario, you receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. Error Code
0x800c0008.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the firewall settings block access to the Microsoft Office Online Clip Art and Media Web site.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, add the following URL to the trusted Web site list in the firewall settings:
