You receive an empty dialog box when you try to create a new user account in Ensemble Studios Online to play multiplayer games in Age of Mythology
You try to create a new user account in Ensemble Studios Online (ESO) to play multiplayer games in Microsoft Age of Mythology. When you click
OK to complete the account-creation process, you receive an empty dialog box that has only the option to click
OK.
This issue may occur if the ESO server did not correctly accept the question or the secret answer that was provided during the account-creation process.
To resolve this issue, reenter the question and the secret answer. Both the question and the secret answer must contain at least five characters. The question and the secret answer that you provide during the account-creation process must be information that only you know. You must select a question and then provide a secret answer that you can easily remember. The question and the secret answer cannot contain your password.
Additionally, the secret answer is not case sensitive. We recommend that you avoid writing down or sharing the question and the secret answer, because this information may be misused.
Note Your password is case sensitive. Additionally, your password must contain at least seven characters.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
