You receive a "Norton AntiVirus 2005 does not support the repair feature" error message when you start an Office program
SYMPTOMS
When you start any one of the Microsoft Office 2003 programs that are listed in the "Applies to" section, you receive the following error message:
Norton AntiVirus 2005 does not support the repair feature. Please uninstall and reinstall.
CAUSE
This issue occurs when the Norton Dynamic Link Library (DLL) is loaded.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, visit the following Symantec Web site:
