This Support WebCast presents an update on new content about Microsoft® ActiveSync® troubleshooting and Always-up-to-date Notification configuration. The presentation will also include a brief discussion of Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Software Second Edition configuration.

Will Duff is a support engineer for the Enterprise Business Applications group. He specializes in Exchange client/server integration within Product Support Services. As a content champion, he works closely with the technical writers and specialty teams for Exchange within Enterprise Business Applications and Escalation Services to maintain and creat content. Will has been with Microsoft for more than five years and has worked with MSN, with Windows/Internet Explorer Consumer Support, and with the Outlook team in both Consumer and Enterprise Support.

Vanitha Prabhakaran is a support escalation engineer with Enterprise Business Applications. She specializes in Exchange client/server integration within Product Support Services and has specialized in mobility issues for five years. In her current role, she works closely with the Product group to troubleshoot issues, to provide customer feedback to development, and to collaborate on new functionality for future releases. Vanitha holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science. She has been with Microsoft for more than eleven years.
