This did not work because it told me I did not have the Plus Audio Converter. This error originally came out of MS Media Player 10 converter plug in.

The Link you provided does not work. I tried it 3 times and it acts as if its going to run then throws up an error message that reads: This application did not start because ATL70.DLL was not found. What is going on???

This fixed my problem. I rarely use this feature so I did not even think a WMP update might have caused this to stop working because I did it so long ago. Thanks!

This solved my problem... I didn't think that it was related to WMP...

worked great, was trying to get a canverter that would preserve the metadata and when this stopped working I was scared. The update worked perfect and now it works like a charm again
