Reports do not print correctly to a .pdf file in Microsoft Dynamics GP

SYMPTOMS

When you try to print a report to a .pdf file, the records that you expect to see at the bottom of the page are not printed. This problem also occurs when you try to send a report as a .pdf file to a mail recipient. However, if you print the paper report, the records that you expect to see at the bottom of the page are printed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, verify that the settings for the Acrobat PDFWriter driver are correct. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
  2. Right-click Acrobat PDFWriter, and then click Properties.
  3. On the Advanced tab, click Printing Defaults.
  4. In the Scaling box, click 80%.
