Reports do not print correctly to a .pdf file in Microsoft Dynamics GP
When you try to print a report to a .pdf file, the records that you expect to see at the bottom of the page are not printed. This problem also occurs when you try to send a report as a .pdf file to a mail recipient. However, if you print the paper report, the records that you expect to see at the bottom of the page are printed.
To resolve this issue, verify that the settings for the Acrobat PDFWriter driver are correct. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
- Right-click Acrobat PDFWriter, and then click Properties.
- On the Advanced tab, click Printing Defaults.
- In the Scaling box, click 80%.
APPLIES TO
- Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0
- Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0
- Microsoft Business Solutions–Great Plains 8.0
- Microsoft Business Solutions–Great Plains 7.5

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
