SYMPTOMS
When you start a multiplayer game of Microsoft Age of
Mythology or of Microsoft Age of Mythology: The Titans, you may receive the
following error message:
An invalid argument has
occurred.

CAUSE
This behavior is fixed in updates that are available for
both games.

RESOLUTION
To install the latest updates, use one of the following
methods.

Method 1: Use the update program link for Age of Mythology
| 1. | Click Start, point to All
Programs, point to Microsoft Games, point to
Age of Mythology, and then click Update Age of
Mythology. |
| 2. | Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to update
or to confirm that you have the latest update installed. |
