Plus! Photo Story Cannot Create a VCD with Some Hardware and Software Products

SYMPTOMS
When you try to create a Video CD (VCD) by using Microsoft Plus! Photo Story, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
| • | You cannot create a VCD. |
| • | The final seconds of the VCD are corrupted. |
| • | You cannot play the VCD that you created. |
| • | Photo Story cannot detect your Compact Disc-Rewriteable (CD-RW) drive. |
| • | The write speeds for your CD-RW drive are listed incorrectly. |

CAUSE
This behavior may occur if you are using any of the following hardware or software products:

| • | Matsushita UJDA710 DVD-ROM/CD-R/CD-RW Drive |

| • | Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6
