Plus! Photo Story Cannot Create a VCD with Some Hardware and Software Products

SYMPTOMS

When you try to create a Video CD (VCD) by using Microsoft Plus! Photo Story, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
•You cannot create a VCD.
•The final seconds of the VCD are corrupted.
•You cannot play the VCD that you created.
•Photo Story cannot detect your Compact Disc-Rewriteable (CD-RW) drive.
•The write speeds for your CD-RW drive are listed incorrectly.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if you are using any of the following hardware or software products:

•Matsushita UJDA710 DVD-ROM/CD-R/CD-RW Drive
•Hi-Val Model H481648A-15R Drive

•Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6
