SYMPTOMS

When you try to use Microsoft Plus! Photo Story to burn a video CD, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
An error has occurred.
This error message may appear when the files are being converted as part of the process of creating a Video CD.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you do not have an audio device installed or if your audio device is disabled. Plus! Photo Story requires that you have an audio device installed to create a video CD.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, correctly install an audio device on your computer. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Click Start and then click Control Panel.
2.In Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware.
3.Under See Also in the left pane, click Add Hardware.
4.Follow the instructions in the Add Hardware Wizard to install an audio device on your computer.
Note Your computer must be equipped with a sound card or must have an audio chip set that is included on its motherboard.

Loaded Media Plus Photo Story. Made a VCD, but it doesn't seem to work in any DVD or likewise in any other computer?
