You receive an "Unknown Error" error message when you update your project plan in Microsoft Project Web Access

SYMPTOMS
When you select to update the time that is entered for tasks
in your project as the project manager in Microsoft Project Web Access (PWA),
you may receive the following error message:
If you close your project in PWA, you may be prompted to save
the file as Mspj.mtm.
RESOLUTION
How to Obtain the Hotfix
This issue is fixed in the Microsoft Project 2002 Hotfix Package
that is dated September 10, 2003. For additional information, click the
