This article describes the Microsoft Project 2002 issues that are fixed in the Microsoft Project 2002 Post-Service Pack 2 Hotfix package that is dated August 8, 2003.
Issues That Are Fixed in the Hotfix Package
The following issues are fixed in this hotfix package. These issues were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article.
- If you use Project Web Access (PWA) to type NA in a custom date field in your project, the custom date field receives a date of 1/3/84 1:14 PM when your project manager updates the project from the Task Update e-mail message.
- If you use the Project Data Service (PDS) to update your project's custom outline codes, the codes may not appear.
- If you use the Project Data Service (PDS) to update your custom outline codes, the codes may appear as not expandable (the plus sign is missing).
Service Pack Information
This problem is corrected in Project 2002 Service Pack 1.
