MSBBN: Microsoft Broadband Networking Adapter does not work with Windows NT 3.5x or 4.0
SYMPTOMS
You cannot install your Microsoft Broadband Networking Adapter on your Microsoft Windows NT 3.5x or 4.0-based computer.
CAUSE
Microsoft Broadband Networking products do not support Windows NT 3.5x or 4.0.
