This problem is not reproducible. However, if a thread experiences an exception error, and the exception handler does not call the
LeaveCriticalSection function, a deadlock condition may occur and the program may stop responding ("hang").
To resolve this problem, obtain the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 combined hotfix installation package.
