SYMPTOMS

You can copy WMAPro (Lossless) formatted files to your SONICblue Rio 600 or RioRiot portable music player. However, after you copy these files, they may not play correctly, or your device may not be able to read them.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the SONICblue Rio 600 and RioRiot portable music devices do not support the encryption of the WMAPro format.
