SYMPTOMS

While you are using WebcamNow Video Broadcaster by WebCamNow.com Inc., you may receive an error message that is similar to:
WebcamNow Video Broadcaster has encountered a problem and must be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and if you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that is similar to:

CAUSE

There are known compatibility issues with this version of WebcamNow Video Broadcaster and Windows XP.

WebcamNow.com Inc. recommends that you use WebcamNow Video Broadcaster 4 on Windows XP. As of May 29, 2002, the latest version of WebcamNow Video Broadcaster is version 4. To obtain WebcamNow Video Broadcaster updated, visit the following WebcamNow Web site:

I turn on the cam to broadcast and it just clicks off and won't turn on,,I have windows xp Please give some idea what to do to fix it

try to get to web page but can not. So I can't download latest version to correct problem. Any suggestions?

whenever I access voicechat I get amessage saying thatmy version is old then they tell me im Banned!! why?

Try to go to the website. Have new windows vista...ughhhh...Anyway, it tells me windows won't allow it because it has an unknown publisher. Any suggestions?
