BUG: Unable to Scroll Down When Highlighting Text in SDK Help

SYMPTOMS
You are unable to scroll past the bottom of the window when
you are selecting text in the standalone .NET Software Development Kit (SDK)
document viewer.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, upgrade your version of
Microsoft Internet Explorer to 6.0 or later.
STATUS
Microsoft has
confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the
beginning of this article.
MORE INFORMATION
This problem occurs only when the standalone version of the
.NET (SDK) is installed on a computer that is running a version of Internet
Explorer earlier than 6.0. While the minimum requirement for the .NET SDK is
listed as Internet Explorer 5.01 or later, this problem
does in fact occur with Internet Explorer versions 5.01 and 5.5.
