OFFXP: Office Resource Kit Does Not Contain Operating System Policy Templates

SYMPTOMS
When you use the System Policy Editor that is installed by the
Microsoft Office XP Resource Kit (ORK), you may not see any policy settings that relate specifically to the operating sytem.
CAUSE
When you install the ORK, the following three System Policy templates are
not installed:
- Winnt.adm
- Windows.adm
- Common.adm
WORKAROUND
The three templates listed in the "Cause" section are available with either the
Microsoft Windows 98 Resource Kit, or the
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Resource Kit.
