Start up of the periodic routine that ensures that request forwarding has the correct state of the cluster failed. Status is %Status%: %StatusMessage%.

Meaning: Start up of the periodic routine that ensures that request forwarding has the correct state of the cluster failed.

Effect: Request forwarding might not receive notification of cluster topology changes. If this is the case, forwarding will not forward requests to any added servers, or it will forward requests to servers that are no longer part of the cluster.

Possible Causes and Solutions

Configuration store (metabase) corrupt: The store that Application Center uses for configuration data is corrupted or unavailable. Restart the IIS Admin service by using the Services utility in Administrative Tools. If this problem persists, contact your support personnel.

Other solutions (listed in order of preference):
1.Restart the computer.
2.Use the Support Online link in the Events view.
3.Contact Microsoft Product Support Services:
