Meaning: The member could not be taken offline.
Effect: The member will continue to serve content.
Possible Causes and Solutions
AC.exe Missing: The executable file AC.exe, used to take members offline, is missing.
Server not available: The member is not available to the controller, possibly because it has been renamed.
Also investigate:- Windows Event Log for failure
- Network failure
- Hardware failure, such as network adapter failure
Other solutions (listed in order of preference):- Restart the computer.
