Plus! Game Pack: Players Voices Pause During Game Play
This article was previously published under Q281786
SYMPTOMS
Players voices in Go Fish may pause for 4 or 5 seconds before they finish their sentences, for example: "Do you happen to have any............nines?"
CAUSE
This behavior results from the way the program caches the sound files in synchronization with the game.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Plus! Game Pack: Go Fish.
MORE INFORMATION
After the sounds have played through once and are cached in memory, the sounds are played without pauses during that same game.
APPLIES TO
- Microsoft Age of Empires II: The Conquerors Expansion

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.

didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
