The incorrect slide transition effects appear in a PowerPoint for Mac movie presentation
This article was previously published under Q268398
SYMPTOMS
The following symptom can occur when you create a movie presentation containing multiple slides, and the slides are animated using slide transition effects. When you view the movie presentation in PowerPoint or in QuickTime, the slide transition effects that appear are different than the slide transition effects that you selected when you created the movie presentation.
For example, if you select
Checkerboard Across in the
Slide Transitions dialog box, when you view the movie presentation in PowerPoint or in QuickTime, the slide transition effect that appears instead is the QuickTime Matrix Wipe transition.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
