Visio2000: Error message: Error Loading Form Information: Unable to Get Category for Datasheet. Equipment List

When you try to customize the sample project datasheet by opening Sample Project.vsd and pointing to
Datasheets on the
Process Engineering menu, and then clicking
Customize Datasheets, you may receive the following error message:
Error loading form information:
Unable to get category for datasheet. Equipment List
The Sample Project.mdb file contains a bad record.
To eliminate the error message, delete the bad record.
NOTE: This issue affects only the sample project in the Samples folder. All other Process Engineering projects work properly.
To delete the bad record:- Open Microsoft Access 97 or Microsoft Access 2000, and then open the Sample Project.mdb file in your Visio\Samples\Process Engineering\Process Engineering Project folder.
- Open the PEProject Files table.
- Delete the record that contains Datasheets\Equipment List.vst in the FullName field.
- Close the database.
