Games that require that the original product CD is in the CD drive to play

SYMPTOMS
You may be unable to copy the program CDs, or the
program may not recognize a copy of a disc.
CAUSE
These games may require that you use the original CDs,
or the programs may use copy protection technology to prevent unauthorized
copying. It is illegal to make unauthorized copies of the game or circumvent
any copy protection technology that is used.
For specific information,
see the End User License Agreement (EULA) for that game. The complete text of
the EULA is in the Eula.rtf file in the program's installation folder on the
hard disk or CD. You may also view the license terms. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site
RESOLUTION
Use the original product CDs to play the game or install the
program.
If your original CD is damaged, contact Microsoft
Customer Service at (800) 426-9400 to request a replacement CD. Microsoft
Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Pacific time.
