Sample code to add the path and file name to each slide

SUMMARY
This article contains a sample Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications
macro (Sub procedure) that adds the path and file name to the footer of
each slide in a presentation. If you change the name or location of the
presentation, you can run the macro again to update the footer.
